Here is a hilarious example of "Japanese English". This sign was in the elevator of Vanguard's old office and I found it so amusing that I brought my camera along when I went for my second interview there about six years ago.
The English part says:
(The request of the locking up Of Building of night)
1. Cooperate to prevent a crime at the SYOTO-DAIICHI Building of night
2. The person in the company which reaves a building last tightens up
the key of door at the 1st floor vestibules and returns.
3. Return from the going out mouth in the stair middle berth (1-2F)
after the one which doesn't have a key more hangs a door on the Hall
and give.
You become an automatic closure door.
You can come up with your own interpretations as to what it actually means.
