This site will look much better in a browser that supports web standards, but it is accessible to any browser or Internet device.
Slackware, my operating system of choice, doesn't come with built-in Japanese support. To view Japanese web-sites, you'll need to add Japanese fonts. All I had to do was download the two files kochi-substitute-<latest version>.tar.bz2 and sazanami-<latest version>.tar.bz2 from http://sourceforge.jp/projects/efont/ and uncompress them somewhere (/tmp for example). Then just copy over the .ttf files to /usr/X11/lib/X11/fonts/TTF/ and run mkfontdir in that directory.
